Where is your data center located?

Our main Datacenter is located in Milan on the Caldera 21 Campus.

Can I terminate or cancel the service?

As required by the contract of General Terms and Conditions, it is possible to terminate the contract by giving 30 days notice of its renewal.

What are the trial conditions?

In the trials provided by our services, you will have free access to all the features provided by the Large plan for 14 days.

Any migration and/or onboarding services provided by the Managed plans are excluded

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via PayPal, Credit Cards and Bank Transfer.

Do I need to install any software on my devices to use the Backup service?

All our Backup services are provided through the Veeam Backup&Replication platform.

Therefore, to take advantage of this service, it will be necessary to install and configure the Backup agent. By choosing the Managed option, you can delegate this activity to us at no additional cost.

How long are logs kept in the Security services?

All plans provide a minimum of 90 days of archiving. If you need longer conservation, send us a specific request indicating your needs.

What does Self Service or Managed Service mean?

We offer all our customers the possibility of delegating all the operational activities for their services to us. From installation to maintenance and monitoring of the same.
